Description of advertising display cases

While building our displays we had in mind mainly the highest quality and operational reliability. From our long experience in production of advertising displays we know that they are at highest risk of vandalism and always in very hard weather conditions. Displays are produced from materials having appropriate certificates and technical aprobates, each and every single element of the display parts is controlled and tested carefully beginning from steel profiles and toughened glass and elements of electrical and lightening installation.

Construction: made of section steel formed of numerically controlled CNC machines, construction elements made in laser cutting technology. This method of production allows us to achieve 100% repeatability shape of all parts and elements of the display and a lot of flexibility in production of custom made displays.

Display locks: the locking is done on both sides. Doors of the display are bolted with 2 pieces of locks with triangular spigot. As the infill of the door a hardened glass 4mm thickness is being used.

Lightning: Display was built in such a way, to maximally lighten the exposition and at the same time remaining the simplicity of construction. Installation consists of 2 main lamps which illuminate the exposition from sides. The lamps cooperate with a system of reflectors, which maximize the illumination effect. Energy usage in ARRET displays is approx. 25% lower than in the standard displays available on the market. This remains ecological and economical at the same time.

Lightning diffusion: the diffusion screen is made of milky plexi-glass thickness 3mm.Thanks to new lightening system there is no need for using thick diffusion screens, which would have the aim of diffusing the lightning. Using a lower thickness of Plexiglas has an economical impact ( cheaper potential spare parts).

Lacquering surface: Concerning the hard weather conditions, in which the displays are being used (snow, rain, road salt, frost, wind), we offer as standard powder coating of the display construction. Polyester powder coating processing allows to have a highest quality surface, which is smooth and texture-free. The process has three steps: part preparation and pre-treatment, the powder application and curing in high temperature oven.

Assembly: dimensions and construction of advertising displays cases allow it's easy assembly not only with ARRET shelter but also instead of other displays in existing shelters.
